Agreement
By signing in to DropSpot or adding the DropSpot bot to a Discord server, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, don't use DropSpot.
What DropSpot provides
DropSpot is a free tool for running Fortnite scrim lobbies - registration windows, priority roles, and a live drop map - through a website and a Discord bot. We provide it as-is, and features may change, break, or be removed as the platform develops.
Your account
You sign in with Discord. You're responsible for anything done through your Discord account while signed in to DropSpot. Don't share access to your account with others.
Server admins
If you add the DropSpot bot to a server or use the admin dashboard, you're responsible for how you configure and run lobbies in that server - including registration settings, roles, and moderation of your own community. DropSpot isn't responsible for disputes between players in your server.
Acceptable use
- Don't use DropSpot to harass, abuse, or discriminate against other users
- Don't attempt to disrupt, overload, or gain unauthorized access to DropSpot's website, bot, or backend
- Don't use DropSpot for anything illegal, or in a way that violates Discord's own Terms of Service or Community Guidelines
We may suspend or remove access for accounts or servers that break these rules.
No warranty
DropSpot is provided without warranties of any kind. We don't guarantee uptime, data accuracy, or that the service will be free of bugs. Scrim results, drop claims, and registration outcomes are provided for convenience and aren't a substitute for your own tournament rules or record-keeping.
Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, DropSpot and its operator aren't liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service, including lost scrim results or data.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms as DropSpot evolves. If we do, we'll update the "last updated" date above. Continued use after a change means you accept the updated terms.
