Add the bot

Invite DropSpot to your Discord server with the "Add to Discord" button on the home page. It'll ask for the permissions it needs to create channels and roles for your lobbies.

Setup

Sign in on the website

Log in with Discord on DropSpot. We only ever check your identity and server membership - never your email.

Server admins land on the Admin Dashboard; everyone else lands on their Player Dashboard.

3
Lobby setup

Purchase a license

Each server needs an active DropSpot license before it can create lobbies - the bot can join and sit ready, but lobby creation stays locked until then.

Reach out to neqxus to get your server activated.

4
Lobby setup

Create a lobby

From the Admin Dashboard, name your lobby, pick a drop map template, and set your registration window.

5
Lobby setup

Configure roles & priority

Set which roles can register, when each tier's registration opens, and how contesting priority is decided if two teams want the same drop.

6
Go live

Open registration

Players register from Discord and claim their drop live on the map as soon as their tier opens - or immediately for everyone, if you open it manually.

7
Go live

Run the scrim

Manage fill requests, handle contested drops, and make live overrides from the admin dashboard. Close the lobby when the match wraps up.

8
Optional

Connect Yunite

If your server runs its tournaments through Yunite, authorize DropSpot to pull match results and zone analytics straight into your admin dashboard - requires Yunite Premium on your server.

After authorizing, paste your tournament's ID into the Yunite Tournament ID field when creating a lobby.
